Potatoes roast with cheese cheese that get all type of nice and golden brown, crisp and good! Seriously higher than french fries!

1 tablespoon oil
1 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
1 tablespoon oil
one/2 pounds little (1 to one.5 in. diameter) potatoes, cut in [*fr1]
salt and pepper to style


1- Brush the oil on the lowest of a baking dish and sprinkle on the cheese.
2- Toss the potatoes within the oil, salt and pepper and press into the cheese with the cut aspect down.
3- Roast in a very preheated 400F/200C kitchen appliance till the cheese is sweet and golden brown and also the potatoes artender, concerning 20-25 minutes, before removing from the kitchen appliance to let cool for five minutes and breaking them apart.

Option: Season the potatoes together with your favorite spices or mix rather than simply salt and pepper, like Acadianseasoning or taco seasoning or Italian seasoning.
